Deposits- I am a one woman operation (unless I beg my family for help) with a full time teaching job. When you place an order, that means I am setting aside my time to make you an amazing product. It also means I'm turning down other orders. If you back out on me, then other customer lose out on yummy treats and I lose out on orders. For this reason, your order is not guaranteed until you put down a 50% non-refundable deposit. Don't worry, we can still make changes to your order.   

Final Payment- This is the point of no return. The remainder of your order must be paid 2 weeks before your order is scheduled to be picked up. At this time, I am ordering any special supplies, buying ingredients and possibly starting some of the more time consuming and detailed aspects of your order. This is also when your order is finalized. I may not be able to make changes to your order after this date, but don't be afraid to ask.  

Cancellations- Once the final payment is made, I can't refund your money. I'm so sorry, but I have already lost orders and bought supplies for yours. 

When to place your order- Well what are you waiting for? Order now! The sooner you place your order and put down your 50% deposit, the better. This makes sure I am available for your date. It also makes sure I am able to get that custom made cookie cutter or special sprinkles. Not everything I buy is an Amazon prime special. Some things can takes weeks to arrive and I want you order to be perfect! 

Last minute orders- While ordering as far in advance it best, if something comes up last minute, drop me an email and see if I can make it. Some weeks are slower than others and I might just have the time to make what you are looking for.

How to order- Do you see that pink button up in the top right corner? The one that says Order Now? Click it and fill out the form. I will get back to you within 48 hours to work out all the details. 

Pick-up- As part of completing your order, we will also decide on a pick-up time and location. I understand that things come up and I try to be flexible, however, your pick up time may also be right before I have to dash off to another appointment. Please let me know as soon as possible if we have to change your pick-up time. I can't refund orders not picked up. I may be able to donate it to your choice of places if it is local. If you are a no show and I don't hear from you at all, I may just eat your order!

Delivery and set-up- I do deliver for a fee. We can discuss the cost if you need your order delivered. Cakes large than 2 tiers are required to be delivered. Trust me, you want me to deliver that big cake. It is incredible stressful and I have done it many times. It still makes me nervous!

Minimums- While I would love to make you just one cupcake or cookie, my recipes come in batches and are custom made. For this reason, each product has a one dozen minimum order per product and flavor. However, if you are dyeing for just one caramel filled Snickers cupcake, check out my events pages and see if I have an event coming up that you can attend. Then, drop me an email and let me know what you are hoping I make for that event. Sometimes I can add your favorite item to my menu for that event.

Inspiration pictures- I want to see all of your inspiration pictures and hear all of your ideas. I want your order to exactly how you dreamed it would be. However, if your inspiration picture isn't one of my products, I can't guarantee I will make someone else's product exactly like they did. I will do my best, but we are not the same people! Heck, I don't even make my own products exactly the same every time. I'm always looking for ways to make them better!

Pricing- The prices listed on my website are a base price. The fancier you get (and I love getting fancy) the more the cost can increase. Special sprinkles, unique cupcake toppers and packaging can all increase the price. 

It's all yours now!- Once I have passed your order on to you, it is your responsibility to keep it safe. Air conditioning is a must when it comes to butter cream and the flat, smooth floor of your car is going to be much safer option than a car seat. I try to go over all care instructions at pick-up, but please ask if I don't cover something specific to your order. 

Allergens- Sweet Temptations is a home bakery where any and all allergens may be present including, but not limited to- dairy, wheat, gluten, soy, eggs, milk, nuts, shellfish and possibly more. 

Pictures- I love to take pictures of the treats I make and show them off on my Facebook, Instagram and website. I will usually wait until after your event so I don't spoil any surprises. If you don't want you order shared, please let me know in writing.
